This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly analytical, data‑driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges. We are building a pipeline for multiple levels, ranging from Analyst (D5) to Manager (D7). If you know someone who would be a great fit, refer them now. As part of the Operations / Strategy team, the selected candidates will play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing marketplace behavior, and driving innovation. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidates will leverage data to develop strategies that impact pricing, demand, supply, and overall marketplace balance. In this role, you'll be Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use internal and external data to support pricing strategies, operational improvements, and business growth. Innovation & Problem‑Solving: Identify new opportunities and propose data‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency. Engagement & Optimization: Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency. Process & Product Improvement: Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure a seamless operational experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields 2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy roles Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to drive initiatives and lead projects with a structured approach Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills (SQL knowledge is a plus but not required) Fluent English is required for D6+ Why you’ll love working at DiDi We create user value.
