Offer Description

The GERA Research Group, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Marília Louvison, is offering a post-doctoral fellowship opportunity linked to a research project funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) through its Research in Public PoliciesProgram. The project's main objective is to evaluate the implementation of Brazil's National Health Regulation Policy within the SUS (Unified Health System), with a focus on identifying barriers and facilitators to ensuring timely access to oncology care in the state of São Paulo.

The candidate must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and attitudes in key areas of Public/Collective Health, including: Health Policy, Planning, and Management; experience in research methodologies, processing and analysis of qualitative data, and competencies in policy analysis, regulation, healthcare networks, and care pathways is required, and must be evidenced through participation in relevant projects; proven experience in writing scientific articles is essential, with at least one article published in a Qualis A indexed scientific journal

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,000.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
