**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual to join our LATAM Safety Access team, to support the 3 verticals we oversee: Earners Screenings (background checks); Earners Identity and Spender Identity. Our goal is ensure we know and properly vet our users before accessing the platform and periodically throughout their journey as a user
In this role you will need to use both analytical and technical skills in order to oversee our existing operations and ensure all processes in configuration behind it are working as expected but also to propose new ways to improve efficiencies, visibility and automated processes. You will also play a key role to understand the issues the Region has pertaining to validating Identity of all our users monitoring the efficiency of existing controls and providing sufficient data for product improvements.
**What You'll Do**
- Monitor day to day operations for Screenings (BGC) process and take action on performance deviation (investigate and troubleshoot)
- Monitor Identity controls (Spender and Earners), support during investigations and
- Act as primary POC for day to day escalations, investigations and Safety Access JIRA requests
- Automate new process and improve existing ones
- Support comprehensive analytics requests to surface customer and process insights that drive improvement
- Support different functions such as Business Development, Policy, Comms, Marketing and the Marketplace teams with data requests. This includes writing SQL queries, preprocessing and visualization of the data.
- Provide senior management with regular project performance presentations, business cases and support in other critical ad-hoc topics
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (final stages or completed)
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Experience working with small scale projects / initiatives
- Basic SQL knowledge required (Intermediate preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (for example, Google Data Studio)
- Experience and/or familiarity with programming languages
