**Sobre a Vaga**:
Estamos buscando um(a) Product Ops para atuar como o elo entre Produto, Tech, CS e Comercial. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir que as demandas certas virem entregas de alto impacto, com clareza, alinhamento e velocidade.
O profissional de Product Ops será a engrenagem que conecta a voz do cliente à estratégia do produto da Alloyal — transformando insights em escopos claros, facilitando a operação e trazendo visibilidade contínua para todos os envolvidos.

**Principais responsabilidades**:
**Gestão e Qualificação de Demandas**
- Analisar demandas dos times de CS e clientes finais.
- Validar se a necessidade já é atendida pelo produto ou é uma nova solicitação.
- Priorizar e categorizar com base em impacto, esforço e alinhamento com o roadmap.**Visibilidade e Documentação de Soluções**
- Mapear e documentar funcionalidades existentes.
- Produzir materiais de apoio (FAQs, guias rápidos, explicações funcionais) para CS e Comercial.**Integração entre Áreas**
- Participar de reuniões com o Comercial para entender escopos e construir briefings.
- Atuar como ponte entre CS, Comercial, Produto e Tech, garantindo alinhamento desde o início.**Abertura e Acompanhamento de Demandas**
- Formalizar demandas para Produto (PM) e Tech (PO), com escopos claros e critérios bem definidos.
- Abrir tickets técnicos e acompanhar o andamento até a entrega.
- Testar funcionalidades antes da liberação.**Devolutivas e Gestão da Informação**
- Garantir devolutiva estruturada ao time de CS (e cliente, quando necessário).
- Atualizar status das demandas e manter transparência.
- Ser guardião(ã) da documentação funcional de novas features.
**Requisitos Obrigatórios**:
- Experiência prévia com Produto, CS ou Operações em empresas SaaS/Tech
- Boa capacidade analítica e pensamento estruturado
- Habilidade de comunicação com áreas técnicas e não-técnicas
- Organização e autonomia para lidar com múltiplas demandas
- Conhecimento em ferramentas como **Jira**
