Software Engineer (FE)

Overview

Claravine is The Data Standards Company. We help brands and agencies deliver on the promise of modern marketing by standardizing taxonomies, naming conventions, and metadata across all digital experiences at the source of data creation.

We are hiring: As a key member of our cross-functional engineering team, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, transforming complex data into seamless, responsive, and engaging user experiences. Your expertise will bridge the gap between users and our powerful backend systems, ensuring our platform meets user expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance to ensure a smooth, responsive user experience.
  • Write maintainable, testable, and reusable code with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
  • Expand our design component library. Implement security best practices in all frontend code.
  • Seek opportunities to refactor existing codebases to enhance performance and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility
  • Professional experience writing enterprise code
  • Desire to learn and solve problems no matter the technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of modern frontend programming languages and frameworks
