Business Analysis Opportunity This role plays a pivotal part in bridging business needs with technological solutions. The primary function is to analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the company's objectives.Main Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team. Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Risk Management and Budgeting: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects. Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials. Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Languages: Advanced English and/or French. Tools and Abilities: Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio. Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana. Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead project activities.
