Position Details

Position Title: Electrician

Reports To: Electrical Team Leader

Location: Fermoy, Cork, Ireland

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Position Summary

As an ABEC Electrician, you will be involved in electrical installation and testing of new bio-pharma process skids, troubleshooting, and modifications to existing skids and automated equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and participate in safety programmes.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Interpret electrical schematics, panel layout drawings, and containment drawings.
• Install containment (stainless steel conduit, basket, etc.).
• Install and terminate cables.
• Build panels (LV and ELV).
• Conduct as-built walkdowns.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control circuits.
• Identify and suggest improvements.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications

Electrical or Electrical & Instrumentation trade qualification.
