We are looking for a Delivery Manager who wants to learn and transform his career. The ideal candidate should have experience in projects involving low-code and automation platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian or similar.

  • Manage end-to-end deliveries, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Have solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
  • Be skilled at handling multiple technologies and multidisciplinary squads simultaneously.
  • Understand platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases).
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decisions with teams.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end delivery initiatives.
  • Excellent communication with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Collaborative leadership, focused on continuous delivery and process improvement.
  • Excellent soft skills (Communication, Coordination, Negotiation).
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, or platform-specific credentials.
  • Experience in multinational environments and working with distributed teams.
  • Experience in contract and SLA management.
  • Prior involvement in digital transformation or intelligent automation projects.
