What do I need to have to apply for this position?

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills
• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree
• Soft Skills: Proactivity; Problem-solving mindset; Clear and effective communication

• As Contractor (PJ), you will have:
