Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and user stories into interactive React components and features.

• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with APIs and data sources

• Implement unit and functional tests for new frontend features, focusing on edge cases and usability.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure the codebase is clean, efficient, and adheres to TypeScript best practices

• Contribute to the design and maintenance of our component library to promote consistency and reusability across the frontend.

• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to deliver a smooth and responsive user experience.

• Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving user-reported frontend issues, working collaboratively with other teams as needed to diagnose and fix problems efficiently.

Technical Skills (Must-haves):

• 4+ years of professional experience building dynamic and responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.

• Experience with state management libraries like Zustand or Redux.

• Good understanding of frontend testing methodologies, using tools like Jest or Cypress.

• Experience working with frontend build tools and package managers such as Yarn or npm.

• Demonstrated experience working with Ant Design , showcasing a strong understanding of its components, principles, and best practices for building elegant and efficient user interfaces.

• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.

• Familiarity with AGILE methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), including active participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Familiarity with AWS.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions directly within the user interface for seamless and intuitive user interactions with intelligent features, while maintaining high UI responsiveness and performance.

Technical Skills (nice to have):

• Familiarity utilizing Figma to collaborate with design teams, inspect design specifications, extract assets, and understand user interface flows.

• Experience developing and deploying applications using Next.js.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation .

• Team player, motivated by a fast-moving startup culture.
