As a key member of our team, the Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in driving Canada's technological transformation forward. This requires a strategic vision, technical leadership, and excellent intercultural communication skills. Key responsibilities include defining enterprise architecture models, leading cross-functional teams, evaluating new technologies, developing architectural criteria, preparing documentation, and promoting collaboration among technical, operations, engineering, and global leaders. Our ideal candidate has proven experience as an enterprise architect or similar role in a large enterprise or mining/resources company, deep knowledge of the mineral, energy, or industrial sector, and mastery of main enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate. Main Responsibilities: Develop integrated Enterprise Architecture models that align with our business goals Act as a technical reference, leading cross-functional teams to achieve project success Evaluate and validate new technologies, platforms, services, and methods to drive innovation Develop and maintain architectural criteria that prioritize security, regulatory compliance, performance, sustainability, and operational integration Prepare detailed documentation (LLD/HLD, reference architectures, guidelines) to support informed decision-making Lead effective communication between technical, operations, engineering, and global leaders to ensure seamless collaboration Continuously analyze technological, regulatory, and business trends to stay ahead of the curve Differentials / Nice to Have: Expert-level TOGAF certification, AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, CISA, PMP/Agile, specializations in ESG, digital mining, cyber OT/IT Hands-on experience with emerging platforms: Digital Twins, AI/ML/Ops, real-time streaming (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink), infrastructures as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
