Job Opportunity: The Trade Compliance Analyst position entails researching and tracking global trade regulations, primarily across Latin America and North America. The role involves monitoring legislative and regulatory changes, interpreting, analyzing, and documenting new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity. The incumbent will research and provide insights relevant to SAP GTS, supporting product specialists on topics such as export control & licensing, import control & market access, sanctions & restricted party compliance, customs & tariff management, trade agreements & origin management, regulatory reporting & declarations, and product & classification compliance. The successful candidate must be bilingual, possess 5+ years of professional experience in tax, global trade, or international regulatory research, have a working knowledge of SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems, familiarity with international trade laws and frameworks, and strong research, analytical, and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Research and track global trade regulations Monitor legislative and regulatory changes Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation Provide insights on SAP GTS-related topics Support product specialists on trade compliance matters Requirements: Bilingualism (English/Spanish) 5+ years of experience in tax, global trade, or international regulatory research Working knowledge of SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems Familiarity with international trade laws and frameworks Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills
