Imagine realizar projetos desafiadores, dinâmicos e inovadores e ser responsável por: Liderar e garantir as entregas dentro das metas estabelecidas. Interface com pares, capaz de trazer inputs, análise de KPIs operacionais do Crossdocking, elaborar planos de ação para melhoria dos indicadores. Participar ativamente de auditorias e ser agente de transformação, liderando o processo de internalização da cultura e DNA MELI. Safety: protagonista da mudança de cultura, puxar DDS, atendimento a ocorrências (1º contato), gestão de SHE 360, executor de ações, garantir investigações, KPI da área People: abs, gestão individual do time, PDI, feedback, gerenciar ponto, banco de horas, HE, gestão de pessoas, engajamento, código de ética, Check e Annual Survey Requisitos: Possuir experiência com gestão de pessoas Ter formação superior completa em Administração de Empresas, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas afins; Contar com conhecimentos de nível intermediário sobre o pacote Office, sendo um diferencial o domínio sobre Power BI ou a criação de painéis de gestão. Experiência em rotinas de operações e melhoria contínua. Ter flexibilidade de horário. Entendimento de metodologias ágeis, desejável Yellow Belt; Ser protagonista de seu desenvolvimento em um ambiente de oportunidades, aprendizagem, crescimento, expansão e projetos desafiadores.
