Overview Employer Industry: Construction and Renovation Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $146,103.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work options available Comprehensive Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) training provided Collaborative work environment with a focus on integrity and performance excellence Chance to lead and manage diverse construction projects across the nation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage all facets of construction programs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Create and oversee project budgets, communicating effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients Prepare detailed estimates based on technical specifications and manage subcontractor proposals Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with superintendents Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines throughout all project phases What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously Proficiency in producing detailed fixed-price estimates using industry-standard tools Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional presentations Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience with project management software such as ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam Demonstrated mentoring skills for training assistant level operations team members #J-18808-Ljbffr
