About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Analyst to join our Merchant Operation Strategy team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance dispatch efficiency, improve merchant performance, and strengthen brand competitiveness. If you're passionate about solving complex challenges, connecting data and strategy, and driving real product impact this opportunity is for you What You'll Do: Develop and implement strategies to optimize order dispatch based on meal preparation time; Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments; Monitor merchant performance and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within Dispatch; Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and incorporate insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders; Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams; Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their needs and challenges; Develop MarketRequirement Documents (MRDs) to capture and communicate operational needs and market opportunities; Ensure alignment between market requirements and overall business objectives; Support documentation,training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption. What We're Looking For: Availability to work on-site in São Paulo; Fluency in English andChinese (Mandarin); Proven experience in Product Operations or related fields; Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as SQL; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Previous experience inthe food delivery or F&B industry is a plus; Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO processes; Ability to create and manage detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) with multiple stakeholders.
