Job Description The primary role of the Casting Coordinator is to source emerging talent across social media platforms, staying on top of industry trends and creative content demands. Key Responsibilities Post casting calls aligned with project outlines for new and ongoing productions. Screen, organize, and categorize auditions, preparing submissions for producer review. Coordinate auditions with talent, agencies, and managers, manage the talent booking process. Maintain a robust casting database with accurate records and updated talent profiles. Collaborate with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules. Additionally, host assigned content episodes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and produce high-quality content for YouTube audiences.Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to build positive relationships with talent and industry professionals.
