Mapear e analisar a aplicabilidade de regulamentações no âmbito de instituições autorizadas a funcionar pelo Banco Central do Brasil (Banco Central do Brasil, Conselho Monetário Nacional, Febraban) Analisar risco regulatório de novos produtos; Gerenciar e acompanhar regularização de não conformidades; Acompanhar e atender supervisões e demandas de órgãos reguladores (elaborar respostas, acompanhar prazos); Oferecer suporte regulatório a áreas internas em projetos; Emitir pareceres regulatórios Elaborar e revisar relatórios regulatórios obrigatórios; Conduzir ou apoiar auditorias internas e externas periódicas; Identificar, avaliar e reportar riscos legais e regulatórios, propondo e acompanhando ações corretivas; O que oferecemos? Formação superior completa em Direito, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência anterior com compliance corporativo, auditoria, gestão de riscos ou controles internos; Conhecimento das principais normas e regulamentações aplicáveis ao setor de atuação da empresa; Boa capacidade analítica, atenção a detalhes e comunicação clara, escrita e verbal; Habilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa e organizada, gerenciando múltiplas demandas simultâneas.
