Customer Service Analyst
Ubicación: Buenos Aires (modalidad híbrida: 3 días oficina / 2 días home office)
Buscamos un/a Customer Service Analyst que actúe como puente entre Copeland , el área de Ventas y nuestros clientes, asegurando una gestión eficiente de pedidos y una comunicación fluida.
Responsabilidades Principales

  • Recepción y análisis de órdenes de clientes, carga en sistema Oracle en un plazo máximo de 24 horas.
  • Análisis diario de inventarios y pedidos para garantizar que todo se prepare y envíe a tiempo.
  • Generación de acknowledgment y actualización constante al cliente sobre fechas de envío.
  • Mantenimiento de registros y documentación intercambiada con clientes.
  • Apoyo al equipo de ventas y contacto directo con clientes.
Requisitos
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en atención al cliente o customer service.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • Educación en Administración o carreras afines (no excluyente).
  • Inglés Basico
