You focus on analyzing workflows, understanding business needs, and offering solutions based on data insights. Your ability to work across departments, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensure seamless operations. You are a strong problem solver who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Analyst | Day-to-DayManage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring a timely and efficient response to client needs.Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve operational and process issues.Gather and document business and technical requirements to identify areas for improvement.Provide actionable solutions based on data analysis and problem-solving techniques.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Analyst | Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution.Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and execute complex queries for data extraction and analysis.Experience working with ERP systems, ensuring smooth integration with business processes.Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work with international teams and stakeholders.Experience with Tableau for creating reports and visualizations is a bonus.A Best Place to Work in Indiana since 2015.#J-18808-Ljbffr
