Responsibilities Coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure that goals are met Ensure that products meet established quality standards Manage resources and materials to avoid waste and optimize production Train and develop the production team to improve their skills and performance Ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize production disruptions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role Experience with various types of machinery and tools required for production Knowledge of production planning and control Advanced skills in MS Office Ability to lead and motivate teams Excellent organizational and communication skills Effective problem-solving abilities Focus on continuous improvement and quality control Employment type Full-time Job function Management Industries Automotive #J-18808-Ljbffr
