Seasonal Sales Associate role at Bath & Body Works for the holiday season. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers' needs and helping them find the best products. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
  • Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.
  • Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
  • Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
  • Maintain policies and procedures and uphold the company values.
Qualifications
  • Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
  • Experience with sales and customer interaction in fast-paced settings.
  • Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
  • Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
  • Availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
