What you'll do
As a Sr. People Services Coordinator, you will support our employee base on a wide variety of HR queries within the HR Business Partner organization. You will develop innovative support methods, manage employee queries from notification to resolution, and contribute to HR process improvements. You will focus on employee satisfaction and handle complex second-tier employee queries collaboratively with internal teams and the broader Docusign ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues for LATAM (Brazil and Mexico), resolving Tier 1 concerns promptly.
  • Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets related to benefits for LATAM.
  • Escalate complex benefits issues to senior team members or cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Ensure timely resolution and communication to affected parties.
  • Facilitate onboarding with benefit vendors, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
  • Coordinate local benefits processing (meal allowances, vouchers, gifts, health plans, etc.) for LATAM.
  • Support onboarding presentations and benefits questions for new hires in Brazil and Mexico.
  • Handle offboarding activities, including exit interviews and legal documentation.
  • Complete statutory and regulatory employment filings and work authorization requirements.
  • Assist with mass data uploads, ensuring accuracy and readiness for processing.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employees split their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days in-office per week. This designation is role-specific and may change based on business needs.

What you bring

Basic

  • BS/BA in HR or related field
  • 2+ years of HR operations or consulting experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Google Suite
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Preferred

  • Experience managing complex HR queries
  • Comfort in an international environment across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
