About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration:Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Team Telephony Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.). Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Identity & Access Management (IAM):Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies. Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications. Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems. Security & Compliance:Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance and data protection policies. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
