Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience

- 2+ years of non-internship instructor-led classroom, instructor facilitated online, and webinar teaching experience
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, in technical and business settings (verbal and written).

We are looking for an energetic, organized self-starter to join our AWS Academy Technical Program Management ('TPM') team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end AWS Academy educator ready-to-teach process and provide technical support for the AWS Academy program members in North America. On any given day, we develop teaching and enablement assets, provide in-depth technical lab and program support, and deliver workshops and teaching sessions across our broad course catalog to our educators. We don't expect you to be an expert in, or necessarily be familiar with, all the technologies used in our courses, but we do expect you to be excited to learn about them

Key job responsibilities
First and foremost, this is an educator support and teaching role.
Manage the full end-to-end AWS Academy educator ready-to-teach process, including relationship management, case troubleshooting and resolution, facilitating, tracking, reviewing and following-up on all elements of the educator ready-to-teach process through to completion.
Establish impactful relationships with AWS Academy educators' serving as a support contact and mentor by curating content to enhance educator experience and knowledge.
Support educators by writing tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the educator community.
Review AWS Academy courses and educator feedback to advocate the voice of the customer.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the global AWS Academy educator and TPM communities.
Deliver teaching and enablement sessions to provide curriculum and technology updates, delivery best practices, and specialized learning topics.
Deliver training and certification preparation events for educators.
Monitor the AWS Academy educator forums and internal case systems to ensure question responses are within agreed timelines.
Willingness to grow technical skill-sets in line with AWS Academy curricula.
