**Job Description**

Trantor Inc. is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and scale our operations across LATAM. This role requires a proven track record in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
  • Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities also include driving employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and structured feedback channels.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.
  • People & HR Management: Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.
  • Tech Operations Oversight: Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams (Must Have)
