The outcome is to implement differentiated policies and programs that improve the capacities of the national government, local and family farmers in areas such as ATER (rural extension and technical advisory services), Credit Programs, land access and governance, access to markets and the strengthening of cooperativism.**Reporting Lines**The incumbent reports to the Assistant Representative in FAO Brazil - Programme.**Technical Focus**Prepare a technical study on the experiences lived by family farmers, beneficiaries of agrarian reform, residing in locations covered by the territorial scope of the "Arc of Deforestation" who experience the execution of innovative practices based on principles of sustainability and agroecology in their production units and evaluation of how much such experiences have the potential for replicability and what are the resources, inputs and instruments so that this replicability is possible in other places in the country and what are the existing needs to make this replicability viable.**Tasks and Responsibilities**- Review advanced literature ;- Prepare diagnoses and technical reports according to products to be delivered;- Visit territories occupied by family farmers and beneficiaries of agrarian reform, located in areas covered by the territory known as the "Arc of Deforestation";- Research and systematize data on the experiences of family farmers and beneficiaries of agrarian reform who adopt innovative practices based on principles of sustainability and agroecology, aimed at the restoration or productive recovery of their units.
