We are seeking an organized and communicative Program Coordinator to support our online degree programs. Our institution offers modern, competence-based, online degrees in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Digital Business, all taught in English.

The ideal candidate will work closely with academic staff and students to ensure program quality. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases, acting as the primary contact for students, handling requests and inquiries, monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed, facilitating communication between academic staff and students, planning and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops, liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery, and maintaining records and reports.

Our ideal candidate has proficiency in English (C1+), a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
