About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Recruiter/Outreach Specialist to connect with business owners in the home care industry . The role involves cold calling , building rapport, and introducing the services our company offers. The ideal candidate will have a clear, professional accent , excellent communication skills, and confidence in reaching out to potential business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners of home care companies.
- Present and promote the services our company offers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to generate interest.
- Accurately record interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM or designated system.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to move conversations forward.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and outreach goals.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or recruiting roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional accent.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and resilient with the ability to handle rejections positively.
- Familiarity with the home care industry is a plus but not required.
- Based in South America (preferred).
