Job Title: Recruiter – Home Care Services Outreach Location: Remote (South America preferred) Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Recruiter/Outreach Specialist to connect with business owners in the home care industry . The role involves cold calling , building rapport, and introducing the services our company offers. The ideal candidate will have a clear, professional accent , excellent communication skills, and confidence in reaching out to potential business partners. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners of home care companies. Present and promote the services our company offers in a professional and persuasive manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to generate interest. Accurately record interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM or designated system. Follow up with prospects as needed to move conversations forward. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and outreach goals. Qualifications Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or recruiting roles. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional accent. Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers. Goal-driven, persuasive, and resilient with the ability to handle rejections positively. Familiarity with the home care industry is a plus but not required. Based in South America (preferred). Remote work flexibility. Benefits Competitive pay with potential performance-based incentives.
