Overview

A Motion Designer at Jobgether will work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to create engaging motion graphics and animations that showcase product features, workflows, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and product demo videos. They will be responsible for designing animations for virtual lobbies, real-time features, and apps, ensuring alignment with the brand's guidelines and platform-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing, social media, and product showcases.
  • Develop animations to demonstrate product features and workflows effectively.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to create compelling videos tailored to clients' needs.
  • Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and meet platform-specific requirements.
  • Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and animation techniques to continuously improve content quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design or a related field, with a focus on UI animation for product demos.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with Figma and UI animation tools is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and product demo videos.
  • Ability to conceptualize engaging visual content that highlights product functionality.
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond to feedback effectively.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
