'Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.Hands on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, or KANBAN.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.PMI Agile Certified Practitioner;
or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.Additional Skills:
