We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Engineer to join our team in Brazil - 100% remote. This is a 6-Month Contract role with strong potential for extension. As a Senior UX/UI Engineer, you will play a key role in building and improving internal web-based user interfaces for our Site Reliability Engineering teams. You will be working on existing internal React applications, streamlining them, improving usability, and helping implement new functionality. Key Responsibilities Enhance and reorganize existing internal React apps to improve usability and maintainability Build and implement intuitive web-based interfaces used daily by internal engineering teams Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify UX pain points and deliver better workflows Bring a strong design sensibility to UI decisions In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have: Required Skills and Qualifications React expertise with deep hands-on experience building and improving production React applications Experience delivering solutions using multiple front-end languages or frameworks HTMX experience required Lit experience is a plus but not mandatory Experience implementing and improving internal web-based applications Nice-to-have skills include some UX design experience, familiarity with internal tools or applications, and experience with Go or Python. Soft skills such as a go-getter mentality, being curious and proactive, and focused on delivering impact to end users are also highly valued.
