Business Analyst Role Summary ">

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Business Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and designing innovative solutions using Salesforce functionalities.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work closely with IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
  • Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
  • Gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance, and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management.
  • Ability to write business cases, create wireframes, and develop flow diagrams.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (Apex, SOQL) are advantageous.

Strong soft skills include analytical thinking & problem-solving, effective oral and written communication, requirement gathering & documentation, process mapping & diagramming, and stakeholder management & facilitation.
