Application Support Engineer, Trilogy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. This role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
What You Will Be Doing- Resolve complex technical issues that exceed our AI systems\' capabilities, across multiple enterprise software products
- Analyze AI escalation patterns to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions that expand our AI\'s capabilities
- Master new products and technologies rapidly to maintain exceptional resolution rates
- Collaborate with product teams to address underlying issues that generate support requests
- Handling routine password resets, basic configuration issues, or other tier-1 support tasks that our AI systems manage
- Following a gradual learning curve with months of training (you\'ll be expected to deliver results across multiple products within weeks)
- Escalating problems you could solve with independent research and creative problem-solving
- Waiting for managers to provide solutions or direction when obstacles arise
Seamlessly bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and human technical expertise to resolve our customers\' most complex challenges, directly impacting customer satisfaction and product reliability across our enterprise software portfolio.
Basic Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools, including creating custom automation workflows and specialized GPTs
- Exceptional self-learning capabilities with proven ability to master complex technical systems independently
- Current residence in North or South America
