Senior Telecommunications Network Optimization Specialist

Seeking a specialist in telecommunications network optimization to improve the performance of multivendor 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G sites in Spain. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute radio frequency optimization strategies to meet quality targets Conduct proactive investigations and support wide-area projects for radio frequency improvements Manage radio capacity within designated areas and escalate requirements when necessary Collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven results against objectives Ensure high-quality customer experiences through contractual commitments Required Skills and Qualifications Fully competent in using customers' radio planning and optimization tools Subject matter expert in air interface parameters, propagation models, antenna systems, frequency planning, and optimization techniques on multiple vendors' equipment High levels of computer literacy, including Microsoft office applications Degree-level education or equivalent desirable Minimum five years' experience in a senior optimization role Benefits and Opportunities Support in obtaining a work visa Growth opportunities and career advancement Flexible hours and hybrid work options A diverse and inclusive work environment Generous time off and relocation support
