Semi Senior Production Designer

Join our creative team as a Semi Senior Production Designer. We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled designer with a solid foundation in both digital and print design. You will work closely with art directors and other creatives to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables across various formats.

We're seeking someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and can adapt design styles to suit different audiences. You should be comfortable working in both print and digital formats, delivering production-ready files that meet quality standards.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Creative and Design Directors by producing high-quality visuals across multiple formats.
• Finalize assets such as emails, banners, social media visuals, direct mail pieces, and mockups based on art direction and brand guidelines.
• Ensure design accuracy and consistency, performing adaptations, retouching, and scaling for both digital and print outputs.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and creatives to polish concepts into final, launch-ready files.
• Balance multiple projects efficiently with the support of your team and project leads.
• Create visually engaging presentations tailored to internal and external audiences.
• Apply and respect brand systems, while contributing to creative evolution through thoughtful design proposals.
  
  

Hard Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working with assets across multiple formats and localizations.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized working style.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong photo retouching skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.

Experience Required

• 2–3 years of experience in digital and print production, preferably in a creative or agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing polished production design work across a variety of formats.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field is preferred.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
