Responsibilities Support Oracle Cloud (R2A) – Explain real‑life scenarios and challenges encountered during support and have fixed them. Day‑in‑a‑life of a support analyst – Understand how integration from outside applications works into Oracle Cloud. Month‑end close process – Experience required. Collaborate with users to understand issues and resolve them. Work with Oracle on Service Request and Global Support team located in India for smooth issue resolution. Period close activities. Qualifications Broad experience in cloud implementations & support – Senior resources with hands‑to‑keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management). Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle Cloud. Must have experience in Oracle Cloud Support (R2A). Must have advanced English. Willing to come to office 2 days a week if needed. Agile way of working. Ability to work independently with customer.
