What You'll Do

1. Media Strategy Development- Develop local annual/quarterly/monthly media placement plans (covering social media, programmatic ads, traditional media, etc.) based on brand objectives and market insights. Analyze market media strategies and propose differentiated execution plans.

2. Media Resource Management- Connect with local media channels (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, local ad agencies, etc.), complete resource sourcing, negotiation and optimization. Manage media budget to ensure ROI maximization. Data Monitoring and Optimization- Track ad placement data (exposure, CTR, conversion rate, etc.), output analysis reports and adjust placement strategies on a regular basis. - Optimize advertisement materials and channel combinations using A/B testing and other methods.

3. Cross-team collaboration- Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure media strategy is consistent with brand communication goals.

What We Need From You

1. Bachelor degree or above, international study experience is preferred, with local native language communication skills, English business communication skills.

2. More than 3 years experience in media planning, digital advertising or media buying, local market experience is preferred.

3. Familiar with local mainstream advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok for Business) and programmatic advertising placement (DSP).

4. Experience in working with media agencies and KOL organizations.

5. Media tools ability: skilled use of advertising tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) and data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio). Understanding of third-party monitoring tools (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust) is a plus.

6. Data analysis ability: able to dismantle the media effect through data and put forward optimization suggestions, with basic SQL or data processing skills is preferred.

7. Localization insight: familiar with the local media environment (e.g. head TV stations, portals, Netflix ecosystem) and users' media consumption habits.
