Senior Finance Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership. Responsibilities Execution of billing process, controlling collections and taking care of all customer master data set up, preparing new invoice packages for NY office to key in 3 E and track / report collections; Interfacing with outsourced accounting, following and validating all taxes and monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate results; Collaborating with our NY finance team, giving all financial information / explanation as required, and ensuring reconciliations local books with managements books; Supporting the analysis of actuals versus budget comparisons; Getting in contact with banks; Working closely with the financial assistant to ensure Invoice and Expense submission in Chrome River is done timely and coding is entered correctly. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred At least 3 years' financial analysis experience Collaborator; must be able to work in a global team or cross-functional environment Excel & Word Advanced level English speaking required #J-18808-Ljbffr
