Descrição:

Buscamos profissionais com mais de 2 anos de experiência na plataforma Medallia, incluindo:

  1. Implantação, atualização ou depuração da ferramenta Medallia.
  2. Experiência com metodologias ágeis e ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos.
Habilidades:

Os candidatos devem ter:

  1. Experiência em configurar e gerenciar a ferramenta Medallia.
  2. Capacidade de resolver problemas relacionados à implantação, atualização ou depuração de questões enfrentadas ao usar Medallia.
  3. Responsabilidade por upgrades, patches e atividades de manutenção regular para garantir a estabilidade e segurança da plataforma.
  4. Administração de contas de usuário (SSO), permissões e papéis dentro da plataforma Medallia.
  5. Monitoramento do desempenho do sistema, identificação de gargalos e otimização de configurações.
  6. Implementação e aplicação de políticas e protocolos de segurança para proteger dados sensíveis de pesquisas.
  7. Gerenciamento e configuração de componentes de integração para Medallia.
