We are expanding our web development team and are hiring 6 talented Senior WordPress Developers to help build and maintain engaging, reliable, and scalable digital platforms. This role is remote-ready and part of a team that supports high-traffic sites. Location: Brazil.

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins for Clearlink's consumer-facing brands
• Build responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized websites
• Integrate third-party APIs, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across staging and production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with content and marketing strategies
• Continuously improve site performance, accessibility, and user experience

• 4+ years of professional WordPress development experience
• Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proven experience with SEO-driven development and optimizing Core Web Vitals
• Familiarity with analytics integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker)
• Experience with Git/version control and deployment pipelines
• Ability to work with marketing teams to implement conversion-focused features
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment

• Experience with WooCommerce or affiliate/eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with headless WordPress or JAMstack approaches
• Exposure to cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or similar)
