We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team.

As a senior backend developer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain innovative applications and platforms that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Development: Develop and optimize web applications using PHP/Laravel, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Database Development: Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
  • API Development and Integration: Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use, facilitating seamless integration with other healthcare systems and third-party services.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in backend development, code review, and team collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of new technology trends and evaluate their application to continually innovate and enhance software solutions.
  • Participate in the agile development process, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel and MySQL. Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable web applications.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems, think analytically, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
