What to Expect
- Coordinate and implement the CAGRD annual reporting processes and procedures
- Manage the membership enrollment process for Member Land and Member Service Areas
- Assist in the conservation program and coordinate fee collection processes
- Oversee annual replenishment activities, including parcel assessment calculations
- Maintain and update the CAGRD website content and database
What is Required (Qualifications)
- At least three (3) years of experience performing technical/research work
- An associate's degree; OR a high school diploma/GED plus two additional years of related work experience
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering, business, and legal documents
- Excellent customer service and professional interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS (ARC Pro) software
- Experience reading and understanding property legal descriptions, including metes and bounds
- Experience using Microsoft Access
