**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Lead the fungicides strategy to row crops (excluding soy) in Brazil to increase market leadership;
- Drive the portfolio LCM looking to mid
- and long-term projects of row crops;
- Assure a proper integration with DFS initiatives, seeds, MD/MDA and Field Solutions teams;
- Work closer with technical influencers (researchers and national consultants);
- Assure a good alignment with customer marketing and commercial team to implement the strategy;
- Develop customer value plans (short, medium and long-term) for fungicides pipeline (pricing, branding, funding, portfolio, digital initiates) to deliver the targets of the company;
- Define the right product portfolio and positioning (supporting launches) as key enablers for business value maximization across branded and licensed businesses;
- Work with global and cluster´s teams to guarantee the communication and execution of the strategy;
- Lead the IDM discussions in Latam and support new projects connected with digital tools;
- Lead discussions to define and prioritized regional product portfolio strategy across indications based on global asset strategies and regional crop strategies;
- Drive sales & operation planning process to optimize working capital and product availability by consolidating country sales forecasts, quality check data, align projections with financial plans/goals and ensure product availability to meet aligned forecast;
- Monitor the competition, including identifying risks, opportunities and strategic actions;
- Define third party strategy for the portfolio together with 3rd party relations manager.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Experience in ag business, marketing or sales functions;
- Experience in ag business influence leadership position/role;
- University degree (Agronomy, Marketing, Administration). Desirable MBA;
- Required Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish desired);
- Planning and alignment;
- Strong sense of collaboration;
- Strong learning agility;
- Effective communication and strong persuasion.
