What you’ll do for us

• Engage and help with the Sales and Solution Consulting team in correctly framing customer challenges in the Supply Chain space and providing the best practice and technology solution to address them
• Drive industry strategy, build and execute integrated industry plans to support awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, sales enablement, and deliver product content into all critical lead generation vehicles
• Support LATAM region’s top of funnel activities through closure by coaching sales team members, holding funnel priority meetings, and acting as industry Subject Matter Expert in front of prospective clients
• Support Industry Solutions Lead in developing Industry POV and thought leadership
• Strongly align with business stakeholders for understanding and supporting business objectives, demand management and delivering strategic plans for marketing and projection contributions
• Train Business Development, Industry Sales, Presales, etc. on industry messaging, use cases, and other valuable insights that may benefit lead conversion
• Participate in industry trade shows, webinars, round tables to spread o9 brand in the industry vertical
• Establish relationships with lead Partners for industry practice, including McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, etc.

What you’ll have

• Strategic thinker who blends consulting problem solving and tech-savviness to recommend the best approach to address client’s decision-making challenges
• 10-12 years experience with a proven track record of top performance and leadership; experience in a tier-one Consulting Firm highly desirable (Engagement Manager, Sr. Manager, Project Leader or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree, MBA or commensurate experience required.
• Industry experience in a planning function in Retail (other industries are a plus) within supply chain planning and/or S&OP and/or Revenue and Growth Management are desirable
• Ability to understand market landscape, business priorities and route-to-market to develop and manage marketing plans to deliver on goals for high growth solutions
• Experience in implementing and/or marketing enterprise application software products and/or services, specifically in Supply Chain Management, S&OP are a plus
• Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish, given the LATAM area of focus
• Works effectively in a matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals
• Strong communication skills, marketing communications programs, and project management experience
