Descrição:

Você irá atuar desenvolvendo JavaScript, Back-End, Front-End, CSS, Node e Angular dentre outras linguagens e utilizando o processo de customização da plataforma ServiceNow.


Você irá interagir com times de gestão de estratégia, gestão de projetos, gestão de finanças em projetos e gestão de recursos para alinhar sobre definições de Metas, OKR, Orçamento, Calendário Fiscal, Processo de Ideação, Analise e Priorização de Demanda, Gestão e Execução de Projetos e Gerenciamento de Recursos utilizando as melhores praticar e soluções da plataforma ServiceNow.

Você será também responsável por mentorear outros desenvolvedores Jr em seu squad e garantir a qualidade técnica do desenvolvimento.


Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e Automatizar processos e serviços de negócios na plataforma Servicenow;
  • Desenvolver e customizar aplicações na plataforma ServiceNow utilizando JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, entre outras tecnologias;
  • Apoiar execução de workshop de processos de gestão da estratégia e projetos com o cliente
  • Integrar ServiceNow com outros sistemas e ferramentas através de APIs, web services e outras tecnologias de integração;
  • Fornecer suporte técnico e resolução de problemas para implementações ServiceNow;
  • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para garantir a entrega de soluções de alta qualidade;
  • Criar e manter documentação técnica detalhada e treinamento de usuários finais;


Qualificações Necessárias:

  • Certificação ServiceNow – CSA;
  • Conhecer as possibilidades de integrações ServiceNow usando diferentes interfaces, como e-mail, JSON, LDAP, SOAP / API, REST e SSO (SAML, OAuth);
  • Conhecer Desenvolvimento Web / interface usando HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, AngularJS, Jelly;
  • Conhecimento na configuração de módulos ServiceNow como Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Playbook, Workspace, Document intelligence e RPA;
  • Habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas com atenção aos detalhes;
  • Conhecer metodologias, nomenclaturar, técnicas e cerimônias do universo de gerenciamento de projetos como Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, OKR e etc;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e como parte de uma equipe;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Proatividade, capacidade de gerenciar várias prioridades e cumprir prazos.


Qualificações Desejáveis:

  • Certificação CIS-ITSM da ServiceNow;
  • Conhecimento em outras soluções de Low-code e ITSM como CA, HP, BMC, OutSystem serão um diferencial;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis e práticas DevOps;
  • Experiência em realizar treinamentos e workshops para usuários finais;
  • Inglês - Nível Intermediário
  • Espanhol – Nível Intermediário


Educação:

  • Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada.
