Job Summary As a highly skilled professional in this role, you will be responsible for enhancing existing processes and collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues. Build automation, tooling, and monitoring to streamline database operations and reduce manual effort. Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to preventive solutions that drive long-term improvements. Leverage your knowledge of PostgreSQL to take ownership of database operational responsibilities with mentorship from senior experts. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining large-scale SaaS platforms. A strong understanding of Linux fundamentals. Hands-on experience building Docker images for production use. Experience running workloads on Kubernetes or another container-orchestration platform.
