Browse our Cross Border eCommerce team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Gerenciar processos logísticos para até 3 mercados LATAM, gerenciando o desempenho e resolução de problemas de desembaraço aduaneiro e dos parceiros de entrega de Last Mile;- Trabalhar com 3PL para lidar com problemas de de desempenho e entregas, como atrasos excessivos, encomendas perdidas e taxa de danos;- Receber e gerenciar consultas de compradores sobre entregas de encomendas e trabalhar com partes interessadas internas ou parceiros externos para resolvê-las;- Trabalhar com a equipe de cross border para garantir o desempenho do parceiro e a entrega dentro do SLA e apoiar o gerenciamento geral de contas para conduzir negociações, otimização de custos, planejamento de capacidade e lançamentos e melhorias de novos recursos.**Requirements**:- Experiência no setor de logística;- Experiência fazendo gestão 3PL (logística de terceiros), desembaraço aduaneiro;- Experiência em gerenciamento de frete em comércio eletrônico, será um diferencial;- Experiência em processos e implementação de SOP;- Fluente em inglês e/ou espanhol.
