If you're a skilled manager looking to elevate customer support operations through AI and agentic applications, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a full-time remote role where you'll join an engineering team to optimize intelligent systems that enhance customer experience across all support channels.

You'll focus on automation-first solutions to support a growing customer base, building and providing support to existing agents and applications.

You'll participate in team ceremonies and other sessions, using your expertise in AI, APIs, and end-to-end application development.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Experience working independently and remotely.
  • Experience building AI agents and integrating with AI APIs.
  • Experience building end-to-end applications with JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js.

Bonus Requirements:

  • A background in customer support teams or technical operations roles would be beneficial.
