In this role you will be able to map, develop and support decision making process by providing data dashboards to the areas - from shop floor tiers to regional management.
The focus is on diagnostic & predictive reports, acting as leading indicators of the processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering or related field is preferable.
Experience developing and implementing BI reports and dashboards, including: Working with users in a requirements analysis role.
Experienced in report development in Microsoft Power BI.
Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional).
Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures.
Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
Must have fluent English and desirable Spanish.
**Desirable Experience**:
Deep understanding of FTS, MTD, STP or LEX processes, including KPIs calculations & rules.
Proven knowledge in Data processes - data transformation, data normalization, SQL stored procedures.
Proven knowledge in BI processes - data modeling, DAX programming.
Proven knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate.
