Base pay range: $36,000.00/yr - $48,000.00/yr



Overview

Our client, Frenzy AI, helps Shopify Plus brands increase revenue by an average of 38% through next-gen personalization across site search, recommendations, and collection pages. They use cutting-edge machine learning to deliver real-time 1:1 personalization and are seeking a Shopify Front-End Developer to help bring these dynamic experiences to life.



Role Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain high-performance frontend applications for ecommerce storefronts and internal dashboards
  • Customize Shopify themes using Liquid and jQuery
  • Develop headless storefronts using Shopify Hydrogen and the Storefront API
  • Build TypeScript-based interfaces for analytics dashboards and admin tools
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to ship features quickly
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and platforms
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • 4+ years of professional experience


Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Deep experience with React and modern frontend workflows
  • Experience working with Shopify Liquid and customizing Shopify themes
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Hydrogen and headless commerce
  • Familiarity with Shopify Storefront API
  • Experience using jQuery for legacy or theme-based customizations
  • Built and maintained dashboards or admin tools using TypeScript + React
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Git workflow, CI/CD familiarity, and agile development practices


Nice to Have
  • Experience working in or with ecommerce companies
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards, BI tools, or data visualization
  • Performance optimization for storefronts (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
